Lukas looks back on over 20 years of experience in managing market, media and communication research companies. Among others, he was Managing Director of Media Focus, Publitest and GIM Suisse and
was responsible for market development in Switzerland for the Reputation Institute/The RepTrak Company.
In 2020 he founded the reputation management consultancy zihlmannpartner and in 2022 the analysis and consulting company swissreputation.group.
Lukas is a lecturer in reputation management at the FHNW School of Business and a speaker at professional events.
